Ann Romney stepped out on Nov. 5, on the eve before the election, where they used the opportunity to campaign one last time in support of the Presidential candidates -- and they also showed off strikingly similar looks!
Both women opted for dark trousers and moderate heels, but Michelle paired her pants with a long coat and scarf while Ann wore a white button-down and matching white blazer. The First Lady's scarf and pin definitely added her own stylish flair to the outfit, giving it a more trendy vibe. Ann, on the other hand, stuck to a more classic, safer, approach.
