Her so-called life began in New York City where she would study modern dance and develop a passion for performing at an early age.
After honing her craft off-Broadway, she started landing small roles in TV and eventually got her big break at the age of 15. She continued to land big roles throughout the 90′s but shocked us all when she took time off from Hollywood to attend Yale University.
After completing two years there, she jumped right back into acting, and it’s a good thing because Claire Danes is not only a part of the award-winning drama Homeland – but earned her own Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a drama series.
