Several witnesses who saw Scott take his leap from the Los Angeles bridge — and who captured the moment on videotape — are trying to hawk the film to news agencies, reports TMZ. According to the site, several people used their cell phone cameras when they noticed Scott climbing over a fence in the middle of the day. Denzel Washington joins Hollywood in mourning Scott. "Tony Scott was a great director, a genuine friend, and it is unfathomable to think that he is now gone," Washington told E! News. My family sends their prayers and deepest condolences to the entire Scott family." Washington was directed by Scott in the action flicks Crimson Tide, Man on Fire, Deja Vu, The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3 and Unstoppable.
