What happened was, she apparently spent the night at a home in the Hollywood Hills with some friends and when everyone woke up, the home owner claimed some jewelry was gone. The police were called in and they questioned everybody…and according to the reports, Lindsay is not a suspect. So when we caught up to her mom Dina at LAX, we asked her about it all. And she kept mum…or "mom"…about the whole thing. But she did give us a smile.
