Gaga, who already had nine tats, tweeted a photo of herself with number 10, alongside the message: "New ink new album." The new ink showed the words — and title of her new alum — "ARTPOP." Later, the platinum blonde star tweeted, "Make sure when writing about my new album/project ARTPOP that you CAPITALIZE the title." What do you think of the new album title? Mother Monster originally revealed her plan to drop the album's title in September back in June before apparently getting antsy and releasing the name a month ahead of schedule.
