Katherine first went missing from her home in Calabasas, Calif., on July 14. In a sworn declaration filed Thursday, the 82-year-old matriarch claimed she had planned to drive to see her sons perform in New Mexico on that now-infamous day, but changed everything when a doctor advised her to fly instead. It was subsequently reinstated last Thursday. With the drama finally calming down on that front, Katherine is now facing harsh claims from Conrad Murray, the man convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the June 25, 2009, death of Katherine's son, Michael Jackson.
