Nov 25th 2012, 18:33 Halle Berry will reportedly go to court early this week in hopes of obtaining a restraining order against her ex Gabriel Aubry following his Thanksgiving brawl with her fiance Olivier Martinez! Halle Berry and her lawyers are nervous over the fact that Gabriel Aubry allegedly initiated a fight with Olivier Martinez in front of their 4-year-old daughter Nahla on Thanksgiving, Nov. 22. Halle will reportedly go to court to seek a restraining order against her model ex-boyfriend and baby daddy. A judge initiated an emergency order of protection that keeps Gabriel 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier and Nahla, but according to TMZ, that expires Tuesday Nov. 27.
