Read on for all the details. James Holmes, who killed 12 people and injured 58 more during his July 20 shooting rampage in a movie theater, has reportedly tried to kill himself on multiple occasions. James was rushed to the hospital, but has since been released. The shooter allegedly ran full-speed headfirst into his jail cell wall on Tuesday Nov. 13. While he injured himself, his condition was not life-threatening, according to TMZ. Furthermore, James reportedly stood on his bed and fell backwards in an attempt to crack his skull open.
