Yeah, according to TMZ.com, Michael is worried about Lindsay Lohan's current condition…calling her a substance abuser who hangs out with the wrong crowd. And yes, that wrong crowd includes her mother, Dina. But get this…according to the report…Michael doesn't want to become Lindsay's conservator, but would rather prefer a judge appoint one. So long as it's not Dina. And if Michael gets his way, he hopes to convince the appointed conservator to send Lindsay to rehab, and somehow convince Dina that the family needs counseling.
