After several weeks of questionable eliminations on
Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars, I've grown more than a little skeptical of America's decision-making skills — but the
viewers finally got it right Oct. 16 when they voted to bump
Bristol Palin from the dance floor. Good riddance to bad dancing.
Truth be told, I don't think Bristol deserved a spot on the all-star season to begin with! She's not an actress. She's not a singer. She's not even a pro-athlete. She's the daughter of a politician who ran for vice president four years ago and lost. How exactly does that make one a "star?" And don't even try to counter with "she
had a reality show on Lifetime," because I saw one episode, and it was like watching a slow death. I get that Bristol was originally cast in season 11 because she was relevant — at the time — but to bring her back as an "all-star" merely encourages her to continue spewing
her own brand of nonsense for attention.
DWTS has always played fast and loose with the word "star," but Bristol's inclusion
