Pretty Little Liars to give us their anti-bullying tips.
Here's what the stars told us when we caught up with them Oct. 17 at the premiere of the show's
Halloween special in Hollywood:
Janel Parrish (Mona): "Believe in yourself. That's the only thing you can do. You can't fight it, and you can't let it get you down. If you believe in yourself, everyone will. No one can take that power away from you."
Brant Daugherty (Noel): "Don't be quiet about it. Speak up!"
Lindsey Shaw (Paige): "Love, love, love yourself. Know that you are loved and that this will pass. This is an opportunity to fortify your own strength. You can't be torn down if you don't let them. And find a support team to vent to."
