Do YOU feel duped? Fans anxiously awaited for noon to arrive on Oct. 12 -- when Justin Bieber's "harasser" was set to release a super scandalous video. Instead, fans learned they were duped by Mr. Bieber himself as the "stolen personal footage" scandal proved to be a promotional stunt for the premiere of "Beauty and a Beat" -- Justin's brand-new music video. The first hint came when Perez Hilton obtained exclusive footage of Justin, 18, at a wild pool party, but reports claimed the video is from the set of his new music video featuring Nicki Minaj.  The second hint came when Nicki took to Twitter to tease a "big surprise" today. "Uh oh...the barbz have a BIG surprise cmng tmrw," Nicki tweeted on Oct. 11. But the most revealing clue of all (as our friends at Gawker pointed out) came from a screen grab of Nicki and Justin's new video, for "Beauty And A Beat," that showed up on Vevo.
