Justin Bieber's "harasser" was set to release a super scandalous video. Instead, fans learned they were duped by Mr. Bieber himself as the "stolen personal footage" scandal proved to be a promotional stunt for the
premiere of "Beauty and a Beat" -- Justin's brand-new music video.

Perez Hilton obtained exclusive footage of Justin, 18, at a wild pool party, but reports claimed the video is from the set of his new music video featuring
