As the Sam Lutfi-Britney Spears lawsuit airs her dirty laundry in court, here's some good news for the singer: She and fiance Jason Trawick just bought a new house.
It's not small.
Their five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home lies in suburban Thousand Oaks, Calif., a good 45 minutes from downtown L.A. The sale price? $8.5 million bucks.
The 8,456-square-foot home, built in 2010, also features an infinity pool, wine cellar, home theater and fireplace. Not bad for Britney, Jason and her two boys.
Financial documents show Brit has plenty of expendable income, with an estimated worth of $32.4 million - including $15 million cash on hand. Do you take a check?
That's not including her $15 million X Factor contract or other earnings she's set to make in the coming year. The bottom line? It's good to be Britney Spears.
