REPORT: X Factor's David Correy Finds Birth Mom After 25 Years Through Show Oct 20th 2012, 19:21 (FOX) “The X Factor” contestant David Correy has reportedly found his birth mother after 25 years — thanks to his appearance on the talent competition show. When he was first introduced to viewers, Correy talked about praying that “The X Factor” would re-connect him with his biological mom in Brazil, whom he’s never met (video below). Now, a woman named Luciene Lima reportedly saw the musician’s baby pictures on TV, had a feeling Correy was her child, and contacted local Brazilian media. While a DNA test has not been performed, the timeline, orphanage details and birth certificate all match, according to TMZ.
