Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart celebrated their one-year anniversary this week, marking the happy occasion on Twitter after months of bogus tabloid speculation that the couple would split.
On Thursday, J. Lo tweeted, “@BEAUcasperSMART BEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today is OUR’s!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful smile with me everyday! #SpecialDay ♥ #LOVE!”
Smart wrote, “Happy 1 yr. anniversary to the most Gorgeous, Kind, Sweet, Funny, Beautiful Lil Bear in the world…. Love Bear.”
Of course, the past 12 months have been marked by a steady stream of wrong rumors about the couple.
There was Star's false claim about a wedding in Mexico; In Touch's phony story about a “nether region” tattoo; RadarOnline's baseless contention that Smart is gay; People's wrong report that he and Lopez were “cooling off”; the National Enquirer's inaccurate allegation that she was reuniting with Marc Anthony; and a seemingly endless supply of “breakup” stories.
A year later, Lopez and Smart are still going strong.
