The actor’s wife Kimberly Buffington-Quaid has reportedly filed for a legal separation, and will later seek a divorce. Buffington-Quaid’s filing comes more than five months after she called off initial divorce proceedings. As Gossip Cop previously reported, the couple first split in March, but reunited in May. Now Buffinton-Quaid is said to have pulled the plug on their 8-year marriage again, and is seeking sole physical custody of their 4-year-old twins. She’s also seeking joint legal custody, spousal support, and attorneys fees. Buffinton-Quaid has first filed for a separation because the pair has not yet been living in Los Angeles long enough to seek a divorce, reports TMZ. Gossip Cop will have updates.
