The 39-year-old Craft Wars host welcomed son Finn Davey via caesarean section in August. Little Finn's delivery was the Hollywood mom's fourth c-section and her second child within a year. "She's just super fertile," Spelling's husband Dean McDermott, 45, explained to Celebuzz about the back-to-back pregnancies back in April. "It's so funny how everyone blames the man," the Due South star said, laughing. "It's like, 'Oh my God, will you leave your wife alone?' But it takes two to tango.
