Shakira, 35, announced that she's expecting her first child with boyfriend and FC Barcelona soccer star Gerard Piqué on her personal site Wednesday, writing: As some of you may know, Gerard and I are very happy awaiting the arrival of our first baby! At this time we have decided to give priority to this unique moment in our lives and postpone all the promotional activities planned over the next few days. She continued: This means I will not be able to be a part of the iHeartRadio Music Festival, but I'm sure this weekend in Las Vegas will be spectacular and I will be closely following everything that happens there! Shakira was scheduled to perform in Las Vegas on September 21 and 22, where she was set to share the stage with fellow Latin entertainers Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull. "Big kiss! And will see you very soon!" Shakira added, before writing out her pregnancy announcement in Spanish. The baby will be the first for both Shakira and Piqué, 25, who first began dating in April 2011.
