Jason Luis Rivera, who was spotted hiding out in the bushes by Cyrus' home in the wee hours of Saturday, has been booked by the Los Angles City Attorney with two misdemeanor counts of trespassing and one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest, according to TMZ. As Celebuzz previously reported, Rivera jumped the fence by the singer's property and said he wanted to meet the young star. Upon his arrest, officials found a pair of scissors in his pockets. Where was Cyrus when all of this occurred? According to the police report, the "Party in the U.S.A." crooner was not at home at the time of Rivera's arrest. However, this was not the first time cops have showed up to Cyrus' home this summer. In early August, Cyrus was the victim of a "swatting" prank after an anonymous caller told police about a possible home invasion at her estate. Los Angeles officials sent armed police to the singer's home before determining that the call was a false alarm.
