Michael Madsen sure knows about breaking the law on the big screen, but now the actor may have taken his work home with him… Except after his arrest for suspicion of DUI, he's saying it was just one big misunderstanding. But just like this photo of him in the back of the police car, the situation could have been a blur. Because he reportedly blew a .20, more than twice the legal limit. The actor was apparently driving erratically on a Los Angeles high way when he was pulled over and failed the sobriety test. But Madsen's attorney is claiming that his client wants to assure fans he believes he passed the sobriety test, and the Breathalyzer was flawed. Madsen can probably understand why the police wouldn't hear him out though, because we all know what happens when they lend him an ear.
