On Tuesday, the Born This Way singer channeled the Victorian era in Amsterdam by wearing a belted floral-printed dress, which she matched with — what else? — a floral hat and platform heels. The look was both elegant and subtle — certainly a change of pace from some of the looks she's been sporting lately. (We'll get to that in a second.) Accompanying Gaga from her hotel were her makeup artist, Tara Savelo, and her adorable pup, Fozzi. Notably neither wore florals. But Gaga, 26, appears to be going for some type of theme during her European tour. On Sunday, she gave her infamous Meat Dress a run for its money when she showed up to the Philip Treacy fashion show in some type of bizarre floral headpiece, courtesy of Treacy himself.
