The reality TV couple gave fans their first look at their newborn son, Edward Duke, with an adorable photo spread in the latest issue of Life & Style magazine. "I had always heard that when you have a baby it completes your life — and it's true," Giuliana gushed about motherhood. "I love my baby, and I love my new role." The couple, who had to struggled with infertility over the past few years, welcomed their new baby on Aug. 29 via a gestational carrier. The proud parents kept mum about the identity of their surrogate throughout the pregnancy, but little Duke's carrier was recently identified in a new promo for the new season of Giuliana & Bill. The surrogate — whose name is Delphine — mostly appeared in the background of the new clip, in which Bill and Giuliana check out the Colorado hospital, leading up to the delivery of their newest addition. "I couldn't believe that all those years of struggling and the tears actually paid off," Giuliana admited. "Every shot, every doctor's visit — in the end, when you're holding your baby in your arms, you forget it all, and it's worth it."
