"'I'm trying to find out how can I channel my anger when I'm in situations to where I would pop off," Johnson, 34, said on Inside the NFL. "How can I diffuse those situations, trigger points?" he continued. "Right now I need to work on Chad." The former NFL star was arrested on August 11 after allegedly head-butting his wife, Evelyn Lozada, an incident which Johnson is now taking full responsibility for. "'I had an altercation with my wife," he said. "I take full responsibility for it. I apologise for it. I'm human and I made a mistake." Johnson, who was cut last month from the Miami Dolphins, and Lozada's divorce was finalized Wednesday after just 41 days of marriage.
