The She's the Man star was pulled over in Los Angeles Sunday night after her driver's license was reportedly suspended last week — yet miraculously, she didn't end up in jail, according to a report Sept.10. TMZ has obtained video of the star talking to police officers Sept. 9 after they pulled her over for driving without her headlights on. TMZ is reporting that she was given a verbal warning and then was able to drive away. How was the actress able to drive away with a suspended license? Last week, Bynes, 24, reportedly had her license suspended after she received two misdemeanor hit-and-run charges. Prosecutors re-opened the case in August, and if she is charged with the maximum sentence for April's incident she could face up to a year in prison.
