"I am moving to New York to launch my career. I am going to do a fashion line." "I am not talking about being arrested for DUI because I don't drink, and I don't drink and drive. It is all false." Bynes was expected to appear in court on Friday for her DUI charge; however, she managed to move the appearance up to Wednesday with the help of her lawyer. Bynes is currently facing three charges: one for driving under the influence following an incident on April 6, in which she ran her BMW into a police cruiser; and two counts of misdemeanor hit-and-run for incidents which occurred on April 10 and Aug. 4, respectively. If convicted, she could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
