Luckily no one was hurt but here's what happened. A guide was trying to seclude her from the photographers with a paint tarp and it appeared that her feet got tangled up and she tripped, almost falling to the ground. The scary part was that she was cradling her infant baby. Luckily she gathered her footing and avoided the scare. Phew!
