The freshly inked swimmer showed off her new Olympic rings tattoo on her Twitter page. "All inked up! AHH! Can't believe it! My one and only!" the 17-year-old tweeted. But where did the superstar teen get her tattoo? Click through the gallery above to find out. Franklin's parents accompanied her to get her well-deserved tat. Although it was an experience she thought would never happen. "Getting a tattoo has never been something I ever thought I would do, but this one just has so much meaning to it and it is really something that you have to earn," she told the Today show. "It's an honor to have it." And Franklin is in good company. Many athletes take back a permanent souvenir from the Games. Fellow Olympians — and teammates — Ryan Lochte, 28, Michael Phelps, 27, and Matt Grevers, 27, also have the Olympic rings tattooed on them.
