Papa Joe was reportedly pulled over around 10 p.m. on August 4, and according to TMZ, officers thought he was intoxicated and hauled him into the clink. The former Baptist minister was released the following morning, and his case reportedly hasn't even been sent to the L.A. City Attorney's Office yet. So it's believed he'll just receive a hefty fine and avoid any further time in lock up, because this is the 54-year-old's first offense. One thing for sure, Grandpa Joe will probably try to hide this story from Jessica's baby daughter Maxwell for quite a while.
