A company associated with the club is reportedly holding the rappers responsible for their bottle-throwing incident. Billboard reports the $16 million suit, filed by Entertainment Enterprises Ltd, faults the artists for allegedly doing nothing to stop the fight and claims the brawl tarnished the Manhattan nightclub's reputation. Did Brown and Drake have an opportunity to stop the brawl? Andrew T. Miltenberg, the lawyer representing Entertainment Enterprises Ltd, told Billboard, "It's their posse, and they're in charge, and to the extent that they could have controlled or dissipated whatever was going on, we don't believe they did." No arrests were made following the fight, but several people were injured in the crossfire, including Brown, his girlfriend, bodyguard and NBA star Tony Parker.
