In this clip, released by Fox, the "Toxic" singer has a few harsh words for one X Factor hopeful. "I want to know who let you on stage," the 31-year-old pop star tells the contestant — much to judge Simon Cowell's amusement. What else did Spears and fellow X Factor newbie Demi Lovato have to say? "I try to use constructive criticism," says Spears. Meanwhile, Lovato, 19, describes herself as the "happy" judge. "I'm really, really honest," she says.
